These terms cover your use of jobs4blue.com and the Jobs4Blue text message program. Jobs4Blue is a service of Visual Computer Solutions, Inc. (“Jobs4Blue,” “we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Use of this site
The information on this site is provided for general information about Jobs4Blue and our services. We work to keep it accurate, but we don’t guarantee that the site will always be available, complete or error-free, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice. Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or try to access areas you’re not authorized to use.
Jobs4Blue SMS Program
Jobs4Blue sends text messages to people who give us their mobile number and agree to receive texts, for example by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or by giving consent when setting up their account with us.
- What we send: messages about your account and our service, including job and shift notifications, scheduling updates, support follow-ups, and requests for feedback or reviews.
- Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of purchase or of using our service.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and you won’t receive further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, or call us at (877) 425-8330.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don’t sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Jobs4Blue and Visual Computer Solutions, Inc. are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the SMS program.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
